PROGRAM LOGISTICS
Check In & First Day
The first day of Aftercare is September 14, 2026.Students enrolled in aftercare should report directly to the Great Hall when dismissed, where they will be checked in by the Aftercare staff.
The first day of Term 1 special classes is September 21, 2026. Room #’s and days of the week on which special classes meet are posted under Current Offerings. Please be sure to communicate this information to your children, but also know that there will be adults on hand to direct them to their classrooms.
All special classes begin directly after dismissal and students are expected to report directly to their classrooms. The one exception is Clarinet students, who should first report to aftercare in the Great Hall while they wait for their class to begin. There is no charge for students who are waiting for their class to begin, but they must report to Eden’s Children staff. No child is permitted to stay in their homerooms or to be unsupervised in the building.
Siblings
At Imago, we value music education and strive to keep it affordable for families with multiple children. To support this, we offer free childcare for siblings who are waiting while their brother or sister participates in a music class.
To arrange this type of care, please sign up via the registration link here or email edenschildren@imagoschool.org. Please note that this offer applies only to music classes.
Pick Up
Location
Parents will park their vehicles and report to the Great Hall.
Special Classes
Visit the check in/out table to check out your child by signing the class roster.
If someone other than a parent/guardian is picking up your child, please email edenschildren@imagoschool.org.
Aftercare
The aftercare check-in and check-out process is done through the FACTS Childcare Module, using the school’s iPad. This will ensure the safety of each child by making use of a unique parent code in order to check-out your child. Returning families may continue using the Childcare ID Card that was issued at Orientation last year, as parent ID numbers do not change from year to year. New families will receive a Childcare ID Card at this year’s Orientation. We recommend keeping your card in your vehicle so it is always readily available for pick-up.
Visit the check in/out table where a staff member will help you to enter your parent code into the FACTS Drop Off/Pick UP Kiosk.
If someone other than a parent/guardian is picking up your child, please email edenschildren@imagoschool.org. If this person will be regularly picking up, he/she should be issued a Childcare ID Card. One-off situations will be handled differently, but must still be reported ahead of pick-up time.
Absences
If your child will be absent from aftercare or a special class, please email edenschildren@imagoschool.org no later than 2:00 PM on the day of the absence (or by 11:00 AM on half days). You may also notify us up to three days in advance.
If your child will be absent for the entire school day, please copy edenschildren@imagoschool.org when emailing the office to report his or her absence.
Aftercare Drop-Ins
One-off aftercare drop-ins must be submitted by 2:00 PM on the day of the request (11:00 AM on half days) or up to 3 days in advance. Please email all requests to edenschildren@imagoschool.org.
If we notice that your child is attending aftercare consistently on the same day(s) each week, we will ask that they be added to our permanent roster rather than continue as a drop-in. Families with students on the permanent roster simply need to notify us by email if their child will be absent on a regularly scheduled aftercare day.
PROGRAM Billing
Billing
Billing for aftercare will be managed through the FACTS Management system. Each month, families will be issued a statement via email containing a direct link for payment. Payment is due within 10 days of receipt. Parents can also view their aftercare balance and make a payment by logging into the FACTS Family Portal, or to opt-in to auto pay for incidental billing.
Families will be billed according to their student’s clock-in and clock-out time at the applicable aftercare rate: $9.00/hour for students ages 5 and older (at the start of the school year) and $20.00/hour for students age 4 and younger (at the start of the school year).
Special Classes
Billing for special classes will done through the FACTS Management system. Families will be issued a statement via email containing a direct link for payment. Parents can also view their balance and make a payment by logging into the FACTS Family Portal, or to opt-in to auto pay for incidental billing.
Billing for first trimester of special classes will be issued via email on September 25; it will contain a direct link for payment. Payment is due within 10 days of receipt.
Late Payment Policy
Families’ incidental accounts must be in good financial standing in order for students to participate in the Eden’s Children program. The school reserves the right to deny or discontinue participation in Eden’s Children for families whose incidental accounts are not current.
Specifically:
- Families may not register for Eden’s Children during registration periods if there is an outstanding past-due balance on the family’s incidental account.
- If a family’s incidental account becomes more than 30 days past due, students already enrolled in the program will be suspended from attending Eden’s Children until the overdue balance is paid in full.
FACTS Setup & Autopay
Please click here to view steps on how to set up your Family Portal, if you have not already done so. If you choose to enroll in auto pay, all future incidental bills will be automatically paid on the due date. Please note, autopay will apply to any incidental bills you incur –Eden’s Children, Upper School Trip fees, etc. Please follow these steps to set-up auto pay.
Refunds
In the event of a cancellation of a special class due to a teacher’s absence or weather event, a make-up day will be offered. Student absences will not be refunded.
