Special Classes Registration Now Open

Registration for Trimester 1 (9/21/26 – 11/20/26) of Eden’s Children programs is open from August 4- 21.

Please follow the steps below to register your child. All registrations must be submitted during this registration window, as space in special classes is limited.

Registration Steps

Log in to your FACTS Family Portal by clicking the button below.
Select the Student tab.
Select Course Requset.
Choose your child’s name from the drop down (if you have multiple children).
Make selections from the drop-down menus.
Click Save (or selections will be lost).

Please Read Before Registering

Please note that if you submit this form multiple times, each subsequent submission will override the previous one. The previous data will be lost. Your last submission is the one that counts.
If a field does not apply to your needs, leave it blank.

Registration for Trimester 1 will close after August 21, 2026.

Please note that this is the first registration period of the school year. Be on the lookout for reminders about Term 2 registration for the 2026-2027 school year in November.

Schedule and Fee Summary

Important Special Class Dates

Enrollment in Eden’s Children Special Classes carries forward from term to term. Families do not need to re-register each term unless they wish to add classes or enroll for the first time. Families who no longer wish to participate may simply opt out during the applicable registration window.

Term Dates
Special Classes will run during these windows for the 2026-2027 school year.

Term 1: 9/21/26 – 11/20/26
Term 2: 11/23/25 – 3/12/26
Term 3: 3/15/26 – 6/8/26

Registration Windows

Registration opens shortly before the start of each term for new enrollments, class changes, and opt-outs.

Term 1 Registration: 8/4/26 – 8/21/26
Term 2 Registration: 11/9/25 – 11/16/25
Term 3 Registration: 3/2/26 – 3/9/26

Limited Spots

Please note that classes have limited spots and requesting the course does not guarantee your spot, which is first come first serve. Course Request confirmations will go out after the registration period ends and that is how you will know if your child has been successfully enrolled.

Auditions & Placement

Some music classes may require an audition or placement evaluation. If we determine that an audition is needed, we will contact you with details regarding the process. Following the audition, you will be notified of your child’s placement and, if applicable, will receive a FACTS Course Request confirmation.
